Timberline offers long term control of a broad spectrum of unwanted brush and weeds while providing excellent conifer safety. Timberline is a concentration formula that requires less handling in the field and improved efficiencies for your operations.

Active Ingredient:

Glyphosate, 540 grams per litre, present as potassium salt

Features & Benefits
  • Proven active ingredient — Contains glyphosate, the most widely used forestry herbicide in Canada.

  • Broad-spectrum control with conifer safety — Long-term control of unwanted brush and weeds while maintaining excellent conifer safety for establishment and growth.

  • Formulation & surfactant technology — Timberline 360 (360 g/L) and Timberline 540 (540 g/L) liquid formulations use a proven surfactant system for strong performance while maintaining crop safety.

  • Operational efficiency (540) — The higher concentration of Timberline 540 reduces field handling time and filling, delivering financial and logistical benefits—especially in aerial operations.

  • Environmentally responsible profile — Binds tightly to soil (low leaching risk), has no residual soil activity (does not interfere with seed germination), biodegrades rapidly, and does not bio-accumulate.

  • Low volatility & odour — Very low vapour pressure minimizes off-site drift and odour, helping protect adjacent vegetation.

  • Favourable safety ratings — The active ingredient has received the most favourable rating from Health Canada and the U.S. EPA.

  • Highly effective application — In typical forestry use, ~95% of spray is intercepted by target vegetation, minimizing ground contact.

  • Versatile use — Ideal for conifer release, chemical site preparation, and right-of-way management across forestry and industrial/utility sites.
