CUEVA FUNGICIDE

Cueva’s active ingredient is “copper octanoate”, a copper-based fungicide and bactericide in which copper is combined with a naturally occurring fatty acid (octanoic acid) to form a copper soap. Classified as FRAC Group M1, it is a multi-site protectant fungicide that works by releasing copper ions that disrupt essential cellular processes in fungi and bacteria, including enzyme activity, protein production, and cell development. Cueva is used across a wide range of fruit, vegetable, ornamental, and field crops to manage diseases such as powdery mildew, downy mildew, bacterial blights, fire blight, scab, leaf spots, early blight, and late blight.
